1. Use of the Platform

1.1. Content: All content provided on the Platform is for informational purposes only. It may include information about digital collectibles, augmented reality experiences, the Origami Marketplace, and educational initiatives related to origami and digital creativity. The content is subject to change without notice and may not always be up to date or accurate.

1.2. User Conduct: You agree to use the Platform in a lawful manner and comply with all applicable laws and regulations. You shall not engage in any activity that may interfere with or disrupt the functioning of the Platform or its associated services.

1.3. Intellectual Property: The Platform and its contents, including digital collectibles, augmented reality experiences, and artworks available on the Origami Marketplace, are protected by intellectual property laws and belong to Origami World and the respective creators. You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, or sell any information, products, or services obtained from the Platform without prior written consent.

2. Origami Marketplace

2.1. Creator Benefits: The Origami Marketplace allows creators to sell their artwork and obtain benefits from each sale. The specific benefits may vary depending on market conditions and partnership agreements between Origami World and the creators. These benefits may include royalties, revenue sharing, or other compensation models as determined by the agreement in place.

2.2. Listing and Sales: Creators can list their artwork for sale on the Origami Marketplace subject to compliance with the marketplace guidelines and terms. The sale of artwork is subject to the terms and conditions agreed upon between the creator and Origami World.

2.3. Marketplace Fees: Origami World may charge fees or commissions for facilitating transactions on the Origami Marketplace. The applicable fees and commission rates will be communicated to the creators and will be deducted from the sale proceeds as agreed.

3. Digital Collectibles, Augmented Reality Experiences, and Educational Initiatives

3.1. Ownership: Digital collectibles available on the Platform, including those listed on the Origami Marketplace, are limited-edition creations crafted by talented artists worldwide. By acquiring digital collectibles, you understand that you are obtaining a limited license to use and display the digital artwork for personal, non-commercial purposes.

3.2. Augmented Reality Experiences: The Platform allows you to interact with digital collectibles, including those obtained from the Origami Marketplace, through augmented reality technology. While using augmented reality experiences, ensure that you are in a safe environment, free from any hazards that may cause harm or damage.

3.3. Educational Initiatives: Origami World promotes digital creativity in children and young adults through educational initiatives that introduce AI, machine learning, and blockchain technologies. These initiatives are designed to provide a learning environment but do not constitute professional or formal education.

4. Community Sharing and User Content

4.1. Community Guidelines: The Platform provides a community-sharing feature that allows users, including creators, to showcase and share their creative works. You agree to abide by the community guidelines and any additional terms provided by Origami World regarding user-generated content.

4.2. User Content Ownership: By sharing your creative works on the Platform, including those listed on the Origami Marketplace, you retain ownership of your intellectual property rights. However, you grant Origami World a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display your user-generated content for the purposes of operating and promoting the Platform.

5. Permanent Storage

5.1. Third-Party Storage: Origami World may utilize third-party storage services, such as but not limited to IPFS, Arweave, BSC Greenfield, or other similar services, to provide permanent storage for digital assets associated with the Platform. The storage of digital assets with third-party services is subject to the terms and conditions of those services. Origami World does not guarantee the availability, integrity, or security of the third-party storage services and shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or unauthorized access to digital assets stored therein.

6. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer of Warranties

6.1. Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Origami World or its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.

6.2. Disclaimer of Warranties: The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Origami World makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Platform. Your use of the Platform is at your own risk.

7. Modification and Termination

Origami World reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Platform, including the Origami Marketplace, or any part thereof at any time without prior notice. We may also update or change these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Your continued use of the Platform after any modifications shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware, U.S.A. Any legal actions or proceedings arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be exclusively resolved in the courts located in Delaware, U.S.A.
